The Emberosis Manifesto is the origin document behind Emberosis and Given the Conditions, the Emberosis newsletter and podcast.
It begins with the image of a banked fire: a flame that survives not by burning louder, but by being kept through the night. From there, it becomes a declaration about real limits, longevity, chronic illness, future-minded living, and the systems and rituals that help a person keep going without abandoning themselves.
This is not a step-by-step guide. It is the philosophy behind the work.
